Valif 20 MG is a medication containing sildenafil citrate, primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping to achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated. Valif 20 MG belongs to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.

Typically, Valif 20 MG should be taken about 30 minutes to one hour before sexual activity. Its effects can last for up to 4 to 6 hours, allowing for flexibility in timing. It is important not to take more than one dose per day.

Common side effects of VALIF 20 MG include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, upset stomach, dizziness, and visual disturbances such as blurred vision or sensitivity to light. Most side effects are mild and temporary. However, serious side effects like prolonged erection (priapism), sudden loss of vision or hearing, or chest pain require immediate medical attention.

Patients are advised to avoid excessive alcohol and fatty meals before taking the medication, as these can delay its effect. Valif 20 MG should not be used with nitrates or certain other medications due to the risk of severe interactions.
