Fildena 50 (which contains sildenafil citrate) in the following situations: If you are taking nitrate medications: Nitrates, often prescribed for chest pain (angina), include medications like nitroglycerin. Taking Fildena 50 with nitrates can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. If you have severe heart or liver problems: Fildena should not be used if you have a history of severe heart conditions, including heart failure or arrhythmias, without consulting a healthcare provider. If you have severe liver disease or impaired liver function, it may be unsafe to take Fildena 50, as the body could struggle to metabolize the drug properly. If you have low blood pressure: Fildena can lower blood pressure. If you already have low blood pressure, taking Fildena 50 Mg may cause it to drop too much. If you have a history of stroke or recent heart attack: If you have recently experienced a stroke or a heart attack (usually within the past 6 months), Fildena 50 may not be safe, as it can strain your heart further. If you have retinitis pigmentosa (a rare inherited eye disease): Fildena 50 may cause visual side effects, and if you have retinitis pigmentosa, it may increase the risk of eye problems. If you are allergic to sildenafil: If you are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredient in Fildena, you should avoid taking it.
