Tadalista, which contains tadalafil (the same active ingredient as Cialis), is not as fast-acting as some other medications like sildenafil (Viagra). Tadalafil generally takes 30 minutes to 1 hour to start working, but it lasts much longer—up to 36 hours. This extended duration is why it’s sometimes referred to as the "weekend pill."

The longer-lasting effect of Tadalista allows more spontaneity, but it means it doesn’t have Tadalista rapid onset of action seen in medications like sildenafil, which usually works within 30 minutes.

If you're looking for a quicker onset, other medications may be better suited, but if you're interested in a longer-lasting effect, Tadalista is a good option. Tadalista is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and sometimes benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It contains tadalafil, which is the same active ingredient found in Cialis.
