Tadalista 10 mg (which contains Tadalafil) can lower blood pressure.   Why It Lowers Blood Pressure: Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor, which relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. This vasodilation effect can lead to a mild drop in blood pressure, especially shortly after taking the dose.  How Significant Is the Drop? For healthy individuals, the drop in blood pressure is usually mild and temporary.
