Greetings, I had a pleasant flight at British Airways LHR Terminal. The terminal is easy to operate despite its size. Many shops, restaurants, and rest areas are available to guarantee the comfort of travelers. Both the rapid bag drop system and the self-check-in kiosks were elements I liked. At busy times, security moved quickly. I ate for a while before heading to the gate. The whole crew was kind and knowledgeable. The main disadvantage was that some of the gates required a shuttle to get between them. But thanks to BA's unique service, T5 offers a more luxurious airport experience all around.
