Hello, I had a better than expected All Nippon Airways LAX Terminal! Although I normally hate crowds, this station felt well-run and not overly crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was swift. The flight information boards were easy to read, and the waiting area was clean and modern. The boarding process was remarkably effective and well-organized. Although I didn't test the lounge this time, I was confident in ANA's ground service based on my whole experience. Feeling cared for before a lengthy flight is wonderful. From the terminal itself, ANA genuinely excels at providing comfort and expertise.
