Hello! The service was better than expected when I flew with Japan Airlines JFK Terminal. The personnel was very attentive from check-in to takeoff. The lounge access was really helpful I was able to unwind in peace and have some real Japanese food. Even though Terminal 1 was crowded, Japan Airlines kept everything moving well. Prompt announcements and clear instructions were really helpful. There was ample seating at the roomy boarding gate. The excellent service that JAL is known for starts even before you board the aircraft. The entire time, I felt cared for and welcomed. A fantastic beginning to my journey!
