Hello, Last week, I took a Japan Airlines BOS Terminal
and I had a wonderful time at the terminal. There were no waits at security or check-in, and the signage was simple to follow. There was plenty of seats in the tidy gate area, and the airport personnel was welcoming. Everything went smoothly during boarding, which I particularly valued. Waiting was made more enjoyable by the terminal's serene atmosphere. The JAL team's assistance and patient response to my inquiries particularly impressed me. It was undoubtedly one of the nicest airport experiences I've experienced when traveling abroad.
