It’s also unsuitable for people with severe liver or kidney impairment, bleeding disorders, or certain eye conditions like retinitis pigmentosa or NAION (a type of vision loss). Men under 18 and women should not take this medication. Anyone with anatomical deformities of the penis or those advised against sexual activity due to medical reasons should consult a doctor before use.
