Avaforce 100 mg, which contains Avanafil (a PDE5 inhibitor like Sildenafil, Tadalafil, and Vardenafil), is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis. However, like any medication, there are certain individuals who should avoid using Avaforce 100 mg due to the potential for serious side effects or dangerous interactions. Here are the key groups of people who should avoid Avaforce 100 mg: 1. People Taking Nitrate Medications Nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or any other nitrate-containing medications used for chest pain or heart problems) should never be taken in combination with Avaforce 100 mg (or any other PDE5 inhibitor). Why? Combining Avanafil with nitrates can cause a severe and dangerous drop in blood pressure (hypotension). Avaforce 100 Mg can lead to symptoms like dizziness, fainting, heart attack, or stroke. This is a contraindication, meaning it should be strictly avoided. 2. People with Severe Heart Conditions If you have serious heart problems, such as: Severe coronary artery disease (narrowed blood vessels of the heart) Recent heart attack or stroke (within the past 6 months) Severe heart failure Why? PDE5 inhibitors like Avaforce 100 mg can lower blood pressure, which can put additional strain on the heart, especially in individuals with pre-existing heart conditions. The combination of blood pressure changes and physical activity (such as sexual activity) could be risky.
