I’ve been actively looking at premium apartments in Gurgaon, and one project that’s consistently showing up in recommendations is DLF Arbour Sector 63 . Visited the site last week, and I must say, it’s quite impressive.
Here’s what stood out for me:
4BHK + Utility apartments with very functional layouts
Huge 2.9-meter deep balconies – that’s rare even in luxury projects
Only 2 flats per floor, so perfect for privacy
80% of the 25-acre land is kept open and green
Luxurious 3,600+ sq. ft. lobbies and high-speed elevators
What I’m unsure about is — is it better for families planning to move in soon, or would it make more sense as an early-stage investment? Prices are expected to rise with upcoming metro connectivity.
