Hello there! I just had a connecting trip with Qatar Airways MAD Terminal. and I was really happy with the experience. The personnel in the terminal was really professional, particularly when it came to boarding and immigration. The waiting rooms were spotless, and the announcements were made in a clear and timely manner. I lingered in the lounge, which had plenty of seating, great food, and attentive service. There were charging stations in handy places, and the terminal seemed secure and up to date. Even on the ground, Qatar Airways' commitment to providing excellent service is evident. It will be a pleasure to go through this terminal once more. Highly recommended for easy travel.
