Tadalista 60 contains 60 mg of Tadalafil, a powerful PDE5 inhibitor used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). This high-strength dose is generally prescribed to men who have not responded adequately to lower doses like 10 mg or 20 mg. It is essential to take Tadalista 60mg exactly as directed by a healthcare provider, typically about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. The effects may last up to 36 hours, so it should not be taken more than once within a 24- to 36-hour period. Taking more than the recommended dose increases the risk of serious side effects, including low blood pressure, dizziness, headache, and priapism (a prolonged and painful erection). Tadalista 60 is not intended for daily use unless explicitly prescribed for a chronic condition like benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or pulmonary hypertension. Patients with heart conditions, liver or kidney issues, or those taking nitrates should avoid this dose unless cleared by a doctor.
