Vidalista 80 mg should never be used with nitrates. Vidalista contains a high dose of tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction. Nitrates, commonly prescribed for chest pain (angina) or other heart conditions, include medications such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, and isosorbide mononitrate.
Combining tadalafil with nitrates can cause a severe and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure. This interaction occurs because both drugs relax blood vessels, intensifying the blood pressure-lowering effects. Symptoms of dangerously low blood pressure may include dizziness, fainting, blurred vision, or even heart attack or stroke.
VIDALISTA 80 MG is a high-dose formulation, generally not recommended unless prescribed by a physician under special circumstances. Due to the increased risk of side effects at this dosage, it should be used cautiously and only by individuals without contraindications such as nitrate use or serious heart conditions.
