Suhagra Force 50 mg contains Sildenafil citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which affects blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels. Sildenafil works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme, leading to increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). This causes the smooth muscles in blood vessel walls to relax, resulting in vasodilation—or widening of the blood vessels.
When blood vessels widen, blood flows more easily, which lowers blood pressure. This effect is helpful for treating erectile dysfunction because it increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. However, because blood vessels throughout the body also dilate, systemic blood pressure can drop.
For most healthy individuals, this drop is mild and temporary. But for people taking nitrate medications (often prescribed for chest pain or heart problems), the combination with Sildenafil can cause a dangerously large drop in blood pressure, which can lead to dizziness, fainting, or even a heart attack or stroke.
That’s why SUHAGRA FORCE 50 MG and other PDE5 inhibitors should never be taken with nitrates or certain heart conditions. Patients with cardiovascular problems should always consult a doctor before using Suhagra Force to ensure it’s safe and to avoid dangerous blood pressure drops.
