Super Kamagra can cause gastrointestinal (GI) issues in some users. Super Kamagra is a combination medication that contains Sildenafil Citrate (100 mg) and Dapoxetine (60 mg), used to treat both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Both active ingredients can affect the digestive system.

Sildenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor, may lead to indigestion (dyspepsia), nausea, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort. These symptoms occur because Sildenafil relaxes smooth muscles, including those in the gastrointestinal tract, which can alter digestion and cause mild irritation.

Dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), also has GI-related side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and dry mouth. Nausea is particularly common with Dapoxetine and may be more noticeable when first starting the medication.

Combining both substances in SUPER KAMAGRA increases the likelihood of experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort, especially in individuals with sensitive stomachs, acid reflux, or existing GI conditions.

To reduce the risk of GI side effects, it’s advisable to take Super Kamagra with food and plenty of water. However, a heavy or high-fat meal may delay the drug’s absorption and effectiveness. If gastrointestinal symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare provider for evaluation and possible dose adjustment.
