Sun Country Airlines Cancellation Policy to accommodate travelers. If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking and the departure is at least 7 days away, you can receive a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation fees apply, ranging from $39 per segment if canceled 14 to 59 days before departure, to $70 per segment for cancellations made within 13 days of the flight. Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for cash refunds but may qualify for future flight credits. For added flexibility, passengers can purchase a Change Fee Waiver, which allows one free change to the flight up to an hour before departure. Cancellations can be processed online or by contacting Sun Country customer service.
