Filitra 10 contains vardenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction by improving blood flow to the penis. While effective, it must be used with caution in individuals with heart conditions due to its cardiovascular effects.
Vardenafil works by relaxing blood vessels, which can lower blood pressure. If you have a heart condition—such as angina, heart failure, arrhythmias, or a recent heart attack or stroke—taking Filitra 10 without medical supervision can be risky. The combination of sexual activity and the blood pressure-lowering effect of FILITRA 10 MG may put extra strain on the heart.
Critically, Filitra should never be taken with nitrates (used for chest pain or heart issues) or nitric oxide donors, as this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. It may also interact with certain blood pressure medications or antiarrhythmics.
Before taking Filitra 10, consult your cardiologist or primary care provider. They will assess your heart function, medications, and overall risk to determine if it’s safe. In some cases, alternative ED treatments or dosage adjustments may be more appropriate.
Never self-medicate with Filitra or similar drugs if you have a known heart condition.
