Hey everyone! I’ve been training regularly and trying to stay mindful of what I eat, but I think we all have those days where a good cheat meal is totally worth it. For me, that’s hands-down a Cookout tray—double burger, hushpuppies, and a banana pudding milkshake ??
I try to plan my higher-calorie meals around rest days or heavy sessions, and I’ve found it helps me stay on track without feeling deprived.
