Cenforce 200 mg, containing sildenafil citrate, is a potent medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). However, due to its strong vasodilatory effects, certain individuals should use it with caution or avoid it altogether.?  Patients Who Should Use Cenforce 200 mg with Caution The following groups should exercise caution or avoid using Cenforce 200 mg:? Cardiovascular Conditions Individuals with a history of heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening arrhythmia within the last 6 months, or those with uncontrolled hypertension (BP >170/110 mmHg) or hypotension (BP <90/50 mmHg), should avoid using Cenforce 200 mg. Liver or Kidney Impairment Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction may require dosage adjustments, as impaired organ function can affect the metabolism and clearance of sildenafil, increasing the risk of side effects. Eye Disorders Those with retinitis pigmentosa or other hereditary retinal disorders should use Cenforce 200 mg cautiously, as PDE5 inhibitors can affect color discrimination and may pose risks to eye health. Anatomical Deformities of the Penis Individuals with conditions such as Cenforce 200 Mg disease, cavernosal fibrosis, or penile angulation should use Cenforce 200 mg with caution, as these conditions may predispose to priapism (prolonged erection). Bleeding Disorders Patients with bleeding disorders or active peptic ulcer disease should exercise caution, as sildenafil may affect platelet aggregation and exacerbate bleeding risks. Concurrent Use of Other ED Medications Combining Cenforce 200 mg with other PDE5 inhibitors (like tadalafil or vardenafil) is not recommended due to the increased risk of adverse effects.
