Super Fildena and Cialis are both medications used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), but they differ in composition, mechanism, and additional uses. Super Fildena is a combination drug containing sildenafil citrate (100 mg) and dapoxetine (60 mg). Super Fildena is a PDE5 inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis, while dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat premature ejaculation. This dual action makes Super Fildena effective for men facing both ED and early ejaculation.
Cialis, on the other hand, contains tadalafil as its active ingredient, also a PDE5 inhibitor, but with a longer duration of action—up to 36 hours, compared to sildenafil’s 4–6 hours. Cialis is also approved for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), offering broader therapeutic use.
