Extra Super Tadarise is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in men. It contains two active ingredients: Tadalafil (a PDE5 inhibitor) and Dapoxetine (a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor or SSRI). While both ingredients have been approved by various regulatory agencies worldwide, Extra Super Tadarise itself is not FDA-approved in the United States.
FDA Approval of Tadalafil and Dapoxetine:
Tadalafil (the active ingredient in Extra Super Tadarise) is FDA-approved under the brand name Cialis for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Dapoxetine, however, has not been approved by the FDA for use in the United States. While it is approved in other countries for treating premature ejaculation, it is not currently approved for sale in the U.S.
Why Extra Super Tadarise Isn't FDA-Approved:
Extra Super Tadarise is generally sold in countries outside the U.S., often through online or international pharmacies, where it may not be subject to the same regulatory standards as FDA-approved drugs. Because Dapoxetine is not approved by the FDA, medications containing this ingredient, like Extra Super Tadarise, are not legally available in the U.S.
Safety Concerns:
Unregulated Sources: Purchasing Extra Super Tadarise from unverified sources can pose risks, as the drug may not meet quality or safety standards. This increases the chances of receiving counterfeit or substandard medication.
Health Risks: The combination of Tadalafil and Dapoxetine can interact with other medications or medical conditions, so it’s important to consult a healthcare provider before using it.
Extra Super Tadarise is not FDA-approved in the U.S. and should be used with caution. Always consult with a healthcare provider to discuss treatment options for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, and avoid buying medications from unregulated sources to ensure safety and efficacy.
