Severe Depression or Mental Health Issues: Since Super Vidalista affects serotonin levels, it may worsen conditions like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. Bleeding Disorders: Dapoxetine can increase the risk of excessive bleeding. Epilepsy or Seizures: Dapoxetine may trigger seizures in individuals with epilepsy. Retinitis Pigmentosa (Rare Eye Disease): Tadalafil may worsen this condition. 2. Medication Interactions Nitrates (e.g., Nitroglycerin): Used for chest pain, combining with Super Vidalista can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Alpha-Blockers (e.g., Tamsulosin): Used for high blood pressure or prostate conditions, it can lead to severe hypotension. Antidepressants (SSRIs, MAOIs): Can increase serotonin levels too much, causing serotonin syndrome (a life-threatening condition). Other ED Medications (Sildenafil, Vardenafil, etc.): Can increase the risk of side effects like priapism (prolonged, painful erection). Antifungal or Antibiotic Medications (Ketoconazole, Erythromycin): These drugs can slow down the metabolism of Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, increasing side effects.
