Publishing a book for the first time feels like a dream come true, but I’ve heard it can also be a minefield of mistakes if you're not prepared. As a new author, I want to avoid common pitfalls and give my book the best chance of success.
Some mistakes I’ve come across in my research include not hiring a professional editor, overlooking the importance of a strong cover design, and rushing the process without proper planning.
