Tadalista, which contains tadalafil, is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It does not directly affect the frequency of urination.

However, tadalafil can have an indirect effect on urinary symptoms in men with BPH. Here's how:

Relaxation of Smooth Muscle: Tadalafil, as a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, works by relaxing smooth muscles in the blood vessels of the penis and also in the prostate and bladder. This relaxation can improve blood flow to the prostate and bladder, potentially reducing symptoms of BPH such as difficulty urinating, weak stream, or frequent urination.

Combined Treatment: Tadalista can be prescribed for both ED and BPH. In men with both conditions, improvement in erectile function and urinary symptoms can occur concurrently due to the medication's effects on smooth muscle relaxation.

Clinical Use: When used specifically for BPH, tadalafil may help reduce urinary frequency by improving bladder function and reducing the sensation of urgency that accompanies BPH-related urinary symptoms.

It's important to note that while tadalafil can improve urinary symptoms in men with BPH, its primary indication and mechanism of action remain focused on treating erectile dysfunction by enhancing blood flow to the penis. If you have concerns about urinary symptoms or their management, consulting a healthcare provider is advisable for personalized evaluation and treatment recommendations.
