Tadalista 10 is a medication used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains the active ingredient Tadalafil, which belongs to a class of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.

The mechanism of action of Tadalafil involves the inhibition of the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). This enzyme is found primarily in the smooth muscle cells lining the blood vessels of the penis. By inhibiting PDE5, Tadalafil promotes the relaxation of these smooth muscles, leading to increased blood flow into the penis during sexual stimulation. This enhanced blood flow helps to produce and maintain an erection.

It's important to note that Tadalafil, and consequently Tadalista 10 Mg does not directly cause erections but rather facilitates them in the presence of sexual arousal. Additionally, Tadalafil has a longer duration of action compared to other PDE5 inhibitors, with effects lasting up to 36 hours in some individuals, earning it the nickname "the weekend pill."
