You will be entitled to a redundancy payment of 2 weeks pay for every year you have worked, plus 1 additional bonus week of pay. If you earn over €600 in gross weekly pay then a week in redundancy terms is considered to be worth €600 as your upper cap.You're entitled to statutory redundancy if you have worked for your employer for over two years. Your minimum redundancy payment is calculated as two weeks' pay for each year you worked there, plus an additional week's pay. It's capped out at a max of €600 a week (or €31,200 a year).An eligible employee is entitled to two weeks normal weekly remuneration for every year of service, plus a bonus week. The redundancy lump sum calculation is based on the worker's length of reckonable service and weekly remuneration, which is subject to a ceiling of €600 per week.
