Read on and know about the steps to perform Netgear WNDR2500 steps then it is important to physically connect to the router. To do that, disconnect the cables connected to computer. Switch on modem by plugging the power adapter to electric wall socket. Now, you can connect computer to modem by plugging one end of Ethernet cable to modem and other to internet port of the router. After that, connect your computer and router by plugging one end of Ethernet cable to LAN port of computer and the other to one end of LAN ports of router.
